The Black Business Crawl at Prince Place Cigar Bar & Bistro was a great success. Accompanied by Chef David’s cuisine, guests were offered an opportunity to enjoy premium cigars, hookah and great food.
Prince, the owner of Prince Place, is working on increasing his customer base. He typically has a late crowd that arrives after 10pm. He’s looking for opportunities to fill the gap in the early evening. Our event introduced 30+ customers to his establishment, who will hopefully spread the word and return.
Chef David’s menu included a fresh garden salad, peach tea brined chicken bites, jerk wings, and blackened shrimp. I was introduced to Chef David two months ago during a corporate event. The quality of his food and his overall humble demeanor led me to reach out to him for this event.
Most importantly, we received positive and constructive feedback from those that attended. Offering feedback to the business owners is a critical aspect of the Black Business Crawl initiative.
